What is an Electronic License?

An electronic license is directly delivered to you via email, containing the installation program. This allows you to promptly use Microsoft products immediately after placing an order. You won’t have to wait for a CD or USB to be shipped to you.

 

Why are you cheaper than the Microsoft Store? How can you prove the authenticity of your software?

We are certified Microsoft Gold Partners. You can find our company’s Microsoft Certified Gold Partner website at the top left corner of our store’s homepage. Feel free to verify it. The reason for our lower prices compared to Microsoft is that we enter into a sales agreement with Microsoft each year, allowing us to obtain discounted prices through larger quantities.

 

How do you handle returns?

We offer hassle-free returns, even without a specific reason, as long as our license remains unused. If you encounter any issues during usage, please contact our customer service. If our customer service is unable to resolve your problem, we also support returns.

 

I haven’t received an email and can’t access my email account. What should I do?

We typically send the email within 30 minutes after you place your order. If you don’t receive the email, please contact our customer service. In case you can’t log in to your email account, please provide an alternate email address to our customer service. We recommend using a commonly used email address to avoid any unpleasant shopping experiences.

 

I haven’t installed the product yet after receiving it, and I’m uncertain if it has been successfully activated.

The products on the website are all electronic keys, and once sold, products will not be returned.

If the key is invalid or we shipped it wrong, we have a 30-day return policy,please contact us within 30 days to ensure your rights are not lost.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the unused item you received. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Unfortunately, we do not accept gift card returns.

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.

Electronic license

The products sold in the Onebyonesoft store are all electronic licenses, which will be sent to your email within 30 minutes after you place the order. The content of the email contains a link to download the product, so you can install and activate it as soon as possible.
