- Back up personal files and data

- Go to Settings – System – Recovery

- Choose whether to keep files
The system will prompt you to choose between completely deleting all current files/programs and resetting the computer, or keeping your files unchanged. Select “Keep my files” if you want to retain your data.
- Wait for the system to restart and do not interrupt
The system restores will take some time, during which your computer will auto restart multiple times. Do not manually shut down or disconnect power during this process. Wait patiently until it’s fully completed.
- Check the system version when done
When you see the Windows 10 welcome screen, the restore is successful. Go to Settings – System – About to verify the system now shows Windows 10.
